• Use data to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer outcomes; adjust strategies
• Ensure a consistent candidate experience with clear expectations and timely communication

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in security or privacy
• Experience hiring for cloud security, product security, SecOps, or privacy engineering
• Partner with senior technical stakeholders and provide structured hiring guidance
• Proven ability to build passive pipelines via multiple sourcing channels
