  • Mentor team members and foster technical excellence
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and privacy/regulatory compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Optical/Electrical Eng, Physics; PhD preferred
  • 15+ years in camera hardware or imaging systems; principal level
  • Optical system design: lens specs, stray light, CIS physics
  • ISP and image quality: auto-exposure, white balance, noise reduction
  • Perception integration: hardware requirements for CV/ML models
  • Simulation & Lab tools: Zemax, Imatest, MATLAB for modeling
