Job Overview

Lead end-to-end SOX program across inventory, supply chain, and lease processes. Build scalable SOX framework; guide process owners on controls. Manage auditors and key stakeholders; ensure timely remediation. Own execution from roadmap through reporting; align controls with growth. Report to Director of SOX and collaborate cross-functionally. Drive cross-functional accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOX program across inventory, supply chain, and lease processes.
• Build scalable SOX framework; guide process owners on controls.
• Manage auditors and key stakeholders; ensure timely remediation.
• Own execution from roadmap through reporting; align controls with growth.
• Report to Director of SOX and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CIA/CISA preferred.
• 8+ years in Internal Audit, SOX, or internal controls.
• Strong inventory controls experience: costing, cycle counts, ERP integrations.
• Hands-on lease accounting ASC 842 including reporting impacts.
• SOX program design/maturation experience in high-growth environments.
