Develop and lead strategic programs aligned with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, timelines and resources. Lead retrospective meetings to learn from efforts. Track milestones, monitor progress and escalate risks. Manage budgets and identify cost risks; propose growth strategies. Mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related field. 5+ years in post-baccalaureate project management in tech. Experience delivering complex cross-functional programs. Data analytics resourcing and reporting experience. Experience with Jira, Asana and Confluence.
