Senior Manager, Adversary Management

Lead threat intelligence engineers and disrupt threat actors against Coinbase. Define long-term and day-to-day strategies for Threat Intelligence and Threat Research teams. Engage with Security Operations, Information Security, and leaders to identify intel needs. Define and implement collection and processing strategies for intel data. Drive stakeholder engagement with timely threat briefings and reports. Lead external intel sharing engagements (FS-ISAC, Crypto ISAC, etc.). Experience designing and operating Threat Intelligence tech and services. Mentor technical threat intel analysts and grow their skills. Up-to-date on threat actors, TTPs, and motivations in FinTech/Crypto. Master using AI agents to perform threat analysis and trends. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, IT, and security teams. Excellent verbal and written communication for leadership briefs. In-person participation required; offsites held several times a year. Remote-first culture with in-person collaboration. Impactful work shaping Coinbase's on-chain security platform.
