Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions. Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies. Lead client and external employee meetings on separations and settlements. Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, and Time & Attendance for compliant offboarding. Drive lifecycle process improvements and automation initiatives. Act as escalation point and mentor junior team members. Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner. Tertiary qualifications in HR or labour relations; paralegal a plus. Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance. Strong understanding of employee relations, discipline and investigations. Ability to partner with Legal, Payroll and Time & Attendance teams. Tech savvy with Notion, Slack, GSuite and Zendesk.
