Senior L&D Program Manager

Job Overview

Lead end-to-end TDE programs for Toronto and drive AI-enabled modernization of learning. Local extension of global TDE strategy; scale programs to meet site needs. Embed learning into local workflows to drive behavior change. Own manager capability programs, aligned with global Talent Management. Partner with Workplace and senior leaders to activate the office as a culture and development hub. Track engagement, adoption, and business impact at the site level.
