Senior Growth Engineer (Frontend or Backend)

Own and deliver growth experiments end-to-end, from ideation to analysis. Build customer-facing features that improve funnel conversion and onboarding. Design scalable APIs/services (backend) or intuitive, high-performance UIs (frontend). Partner with Data Science to define success metrics and interpret results. Write clean, secure, tested code that scales to millions of users. Help improve engineering quality, velocity, and growth-operational efficiency. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Backend experience (Kotlin, Java, APIs, databases) or frontend (React, TS/JS). Shipped customer-facing features with measurable impact. Passion for experimentation and data-driven decisions. Comfortable in fast-moving, hypothesis-driven environments. Strong CS fundamentals or equivalent industry experience. Equity and benefits eligibility.
