Senior Finance Operations Lead

Job Overview

As a Senior Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving financial forecasts, building models for AI workloads, and leading forecasts for capitalized labor costs. This role requires deep knowledge of cloud economics, GPU workloads, and cost levers.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly/quarterly/long-range forecasts for cloud hosting costs
• Build driver-based models for AI workloads aligned with product roadmaps
• Lead monthly forecast for capitalized labor; collaborate with Accounting & Engineering
• Create driver-based models linking tech inputs to financial outcomes
• Partner with product/engineering teams on unit economics, ROI frameworks, and investment models

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7-10 years in FinOps or FP&A with product/engineering/AI experience
• Deep cloud economics knowledge with expertise in GPU workloads and cost levers
• Experience in creating driver-based models for financial planning
• Strong engineering/product partnering skills and ability to influence without authority
• Proficiency in executive storytelling and translating tech concepts into finance
