As the Senior Director of Sales at Lifted, you will lead our enterprise sales motion focused on the contingent workforce sector. You will be responsible for driving net-new revenue and achieving a personal quota while building and scaling a high-performing enterprise sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly drive net-new revenue with a personal quota.
  • Build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Close complex enterprise deals from initiation to completion.
  • Define Lifted's approach to selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Create a repeatable sales engine based on early successes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales related to contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech.
  • Proven ability to close complex multi-stakeholder deals and acquire new logos.
  • Experience in building, hiring, or scaling enterprise sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of contingent workforce concepts such as staffing, IC, AOR, EOR, MSP, VMS, and compliance.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage in C-level conversations.
  • High ownership, strong pipeline discipline, and consistent follow-through.
