Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side, incl. QOE Analyze working capital, cash flows and key metrics Review GAAP and other financial statements Deliver Excel analyses and PowerPoint summaries Manage multiple projects with timely, accurate deliverables Collaborate with CFOs/Controllers to gather data and insights Use Excel, Power BI, Alteryx to analyze data and identify trends Embrace firm-approved AI tools to boost productivity Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration 2–6 years in audit and/or financial due diligence, Big 4 preferred Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Alteryx a plus Comfort with AI; use firm-approved tools to boost productivity Continuous learning mindset; openness to AI/automation per policy Analytical, organized, and strong communication; manage priorities Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics CPA preferred (inactive OK); CFA and advanced degrees valued Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Technology stipends and wellness programs
