Senior Accountant, Inventory \u0026 Fulfillment

Close monthly inventory: reconcile GL to subledgers across locations and COGS.Close monthly fulfillment: reconcile GL to subledgers across locations/vendors.Track weekly COGS and fulfillment costs; compare actuals vs budget with FP&A.Maintain average inventory costs and landed costs for all SKUs.Own landed costs: freight, duties, taxes; allocate and analyze actuals.Analyze quarterly purchase price plus landed costs; explain variances.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.3-5 years in finance and/or accounting.1+ year of inventory accounting experience.Strong knowledge of US GAAP.Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems.Able to work independently and collaboratively.Initiative and deadline-driven.Advanced Excel proficiency.Remote-first: work from home or NYC office; U.S. options.EquityUnlimited vacation policyUniversal paid parental leaveMonthly Hungryroot grocery creditComprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance
