Security Operations Engineering Manager

Lead a security operations engineering team to build and run security response. Drive rapid triage and response for security events with automation tooling to reduce MTTR/MTTD. Own lifecycle of cross-functional security incidents: readiness, response, post-incident reviews. Partner with Detection Engineering to mature telemetry and logging pipelines. Lead Security readiness and response for major sporting events. Develop the next generation of security engineering talent and mentor. Experience leading engineering-first teams with varied backgrounds. Experience on an operational engineering team (SecOps/DevOps/SRE). Ability to manage stakeholder relationships to resolve security events. Software development in Python or Go. Comfort navigating novel security incidents with confidence.
