Security Engineer I

Identify threats and vulnerabilities in apps/infrastructure; provide remediation guidance Collaborate with SRE and development teams to reduce vulnerabilities at scale Develop repeatable security processes and frameworks Advocate for secure by design and secure by default development Review quality issues and detect security flaws Assist with prioritising projects and end-to-end ownership Own resolution and retesting of complex security events and risks 1+ years in security engineering across multiple domains (architecture, crypto, network, cloud) Strong problem solving with solid technical security background Experience in threat modeling, secure code review, and penetration testing Security controls across OSI layers for common tech Experience with Secure Development Lifecycle and Shift Left Proficiency in scripting/development (Python, PowerShell) GoDaddy offers comprehensive benefits; details reviewed during interview
