Seamless Designer

Design seamless garments (circular/warp knit) for activewear and performance wear. Collaborate with Senior Designer and Creative Director to execute Alo aesthetic. Travel to seamless suppliers to ensure design/fit from concept to production. Partner with product development to align with brand vision and customer needs. Create technical sketches and design specs for smooth production. Analyze trends and integrate aesthetics with function and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
• 3+ years in seamless apparel design (activewear/performance wear)
• Proficiency in seamless knitting machines and garment construction
• Experience with 3D design software (CLO, Browzwear, or similar)
• Knowledge of yarn properties, fabric behavior, and textile technology
