RN Nurse Manager, Skilled Nursing

Join our team as an RN Nurse Manager in Skilled Nursing. This role involves educating clinical staff, overseeing nurse residency programs, leading field staff to provide exceptional client service and quality care, conducting home visits to supervise field clinicians, managing internal case work, developing field staff, assisting with in-home assessments and care planning, and balancing work between patients and office staff. If you are a currently licensed RN in MO with a minimum of three years experience as an RN or LPN (home care preferred), at least one year of experience in nursing management or pediatric nursing, and preferably hold a BSN/MSN, then this position could be the perfect fit for you. Required Skills & Qualifications
