RN Nurse Manager for Skilled Nursing

Job Overview

Educate clinical staff; oversee nurse residency program. Lead field staff to deliver high-quality client care. Visit clients at home; supervise field clinicians. Oversee internal case management and staff development. Assist in-home assessments and care planning. Balance patient care with office staff collaboration. Current MO RN license in good standing. Minimum 3 years RN/LPN hands-on experience (home care preferred). 1 year in nursing management or pediatric nursing. BSN/MSN preferred. Child Abuse Clearance in applicable states. Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care preferred.
