Responsibilities

• Educate clinical staff and oversee nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff in providing quality care and client service.
• Visit clients at home and supervise field clinicians.
• Manage internal case management and staff development.
• Assist with in-home assessments and care planning.
• Balance work between patients and office staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing in MO.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on RN/LPN experience (home care preferred).
• At least 1 year in nursing management or pediatric nursing.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance required where applicable.
• Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care preferred.
