Join our team as an RFIC Design Engineer specializing in Silicon Engineering. As part of our team, you will design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems. You will be responsible for deriving specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits, developing Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS, and partitioning functions between hardware and software with system architects. Additionally, you will perform IC floor planning and layout, model package and external parasitic components, and work on circuit designs including PLLs, oscillators, modulators/demodulators, mixers, filters, LNAs, and PAs.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science, along with 2+ years of RF integrated circuit experience. A Master’s or PhD in RF/Analog/Mixed-signal EE is preferred. Experience with tools such as Spectre, ADS, HFSS, or Momentum is required. The ability to work long hours and weekends as needed is essential.
