Job Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients. Your role will involve developing care plans using Expressable's tools, focusing on outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement. You will also be responsible for completing documentation accurately and on time, participating in required trainings and communications, and ensuring compliance tasks are met. Additionally, you will support care continuity by covering PTO and sick leave.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients
• Develop care plans using Expressable's tools
• Deliver care focused on outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement
• Complete documentation accurately and on time per quality standards
• Participate in required trainings, communications, and compliance tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

• ASHA CCC-SLP and individual NPI number
• TX license or willingness to obtain before start
• Reliable internet and teletherapy platforms
• Minimum 1 year post-CF pediatric experience
• Experience conducting assessments
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
