Requirements & Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences with 8+ years, or MS with equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of antibody structure-function and sequence optimization
• Experience in binding and biophysical analyses
• Familiarity with Fc engineering and immunogenicity
• Experience deploying AI/ML models for protein design
