Project Manager (Construction)

Manage and complete 5-10 projects per month. Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors. Strive to complete projects below budget and reduce costs. Manage project timeline and respond to inspections. Deliver equipment to job sites as needed. Conduct final inspections of homes and take photos. 5+ years PM in real estate renovation or restoration.
