Project Accountant - Construction

Oversee financial performance of construction projects on budget. Support project managers with accurate financial records. Ensure timely billing, collections, and payables management. Maintain lien laws and contract billing knowledge. Detail-oriented, proactive construction accounting background. Proven experience in construction accounting or project accounting. Strong understanding of AIA billing, Florida lien laws, NTO procedures. Experience with Sage; Yardi is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and external partners. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience managing AP/AR in a construction environment.
