Serve as a final escalation point for hardware and firmware issues, debugging end-to-end across various components and systems to provide superior customer solutions.
Responsibilities
Debug hardware, firmware, gateways, and AI/ML pipelines.
Analyze device telemetry and logs to lead post-mortems and identify root causes and trends.
Collaborate with R&D for customer solutions and lead on-site investigations and beta deployments.
Requirements & Qualifications
BS in Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar.
6+ years in technical support, field, or systems engineering.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools: multimeter, oscilloscope, CAN/LIN analyzers.
Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals: voltage, grounding.
Deep knowledge of automotive/industrial electrical systems (12V/24V).
Willingness to travel ~25% for on-site investigations.
