Steward and improve iPad Store Ordering for performance and sales impact. Own roadmap and prioritization, balancing customer commitments and tech debt. Partner with Data and ML to evolve forecasting and ordering policies. Improve adherence and input quality across display controls and overrides. Lead cross-functional delivery and change management for multi-chain rollouts. Ensure reliability at scale: SLAs, incident response, telemetry, on-call playbooks. 2+ years as a PM shipping customer-facing software. Proven track record shipping incremental, low-risk product rollouts. Technical fluency: web/mobile architecture basics, APIs, SQL or another language. Analytical decision-making: define metrics and synthesize qual/quant data. Ownership mindset: incidents, SLAs, alerting, on-call coordination, and follow-ups. Clear communicator who writes PRDs and aligns stakeholders. Remote in the U.S. available in listed states. Impactful mission to reduce food waste at scale.
