Privacy Program Manager

Design, implement, and maintain auditable privacy controls across products and internal systems. Partner with Product and Privacy Counsel on privacy reviews for new launches and features. Drive enterprise privacy readiness across HIPAA, FINRA, and FERPA. Collaborate with Privacy Engineering to scope privacy improvements in products and data flows. Create internal privacy guidance and training for cross-functional teams. Manage privacy program operations, tracking debt and reporting on health metrics. 7+ years in privacy program management or privacy engineering at tech firms. Strong GDPR and CCPA/CPRA knowledge with product-facing experience. Familiar with HIPAA, FERPA, FINRA, FedRAMP in practice. Read data flows and architectures; translate legal into engineering. Proven track record driving cross-functional privacy programs. Experience building or improving privacy reviews, PIAs, or controls.
