Own payments intelligence end-to-end; define metrics for payment health.Partner with payments engineering; translate data into experiments.Drive experimentation at scale; design and analyze A/B tests across payment flows.Build predictive models for payment failure risk and anomaly detection.Build AI-native data products and automated workflows.Own the business narrative; present results to execs and translate stats into decisions.10+ years in data science or quantitative roles in product software with payments/fintech exposure.Deep payments knowledge: ACH, card networks, settlement flows.Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with large transactional datasets and reproducible pipelines.Proven experimentation and causal inference expertise; design rigorous tests and communicate trade-offs.AI-native mindset; build data products with AI at core and guardrails for scale.Cross-functional influence; collaborate with backend engineers and technical stakeholders.Hybrid work with 2-3 days in-office per week at our Denver/SF/NY offices.Inclusive, equal opportunity employer.Total Rewards philosophy aligning compensation with performance.
