Power Electronics Engineer

Join our team as a Staff Power Electronics Engineer where you will own electronic assemblies through the design lifecycle. You will explore architecture changes to optimize performance and reliability, develop production testing solutions for power electronics, and design and coordinate validation testing for electronic systems, sensors, and controls. As a mentor to electrical engineers, you will guide best practices and perform root-cause analysis to improve yield, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant experience in power electronics or related fields; automotive experience advantageous
• Proficiency in high-voltage architectures (300V+) including distribution, energy storage, and conversion
• Familiarity with AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC and variable-frequency converter control
• Familiar with Altium, PLECS, PSCAD/EMTDC, MATLAB/Simulink, and dSPACE
• Experience with SPI, UART, and CAN protocols
