Own and evolve People & Recruiting systems for scalability and compliance. Execute lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, changes) across HR systems. Refine SOPs and SLAs. Subject-matter expert for HRIS architecture, integrations, workflows, and automation. Own system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and release management. Build dashboards and reporting for data-driven talent decisions. Detail-oriented, hands-on systems thinker who challenges the status quo. 5+ years in People Operations, HRIS, or People Systems roles. Experience operating in high-growth environments. Hands-on HRIS experience with HiBob, Workday, or similar; configuration and integrations. Strong understanding of workflow automation, system architecture, and data governance. Experience leading or owning technology implementations end-to-end.
