Own ad-hoc operational projects and drive process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or related field. 2-4 years in analytical/support/operations with customer-facing component. Familiarity with payment operations: card payments, refunds, disputes, KYC, reconciliations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk assessment. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and eager to learn.
