The Principal, Insurance and Operational Due Diligence will lead and coordinate the firm's operational due diligence process, engaging with institutional clients and internal teams. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of asset management due diligence frameworks and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the firm's operational due diligence process.
  • Host operational due diligence meetings with institutional clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across Product, Ops, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Tech.
  • Lead responses to due diligence requests with timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain firm-level ODDs and DDQs and related materials.
  • Support diligence for insurance-focused strategies including RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in due diligence, RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes in asset management.
  • Experience supporting institutional investor due diligence.
  • Proficient in handling interactions with institutional consultants and clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree; active or eligible for FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
  • Strong understanding of investor and consultant due diligence frameworks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with DDQ databases, consultant platforms, and document management systems.
