Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in OT; master’s preferred
  • 2 years clinical experience with frail/elderly preferred
  • Valid California OT license or license eligibility
  • CPR/First Aid within 180 days; hire-cert preferred
  • Outpatient/acute/inpatient or SNF experience preferred
