We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to conduct therapy sessions and evaluations for the pediatric population. This role involves diagnosing and developing care plans to address fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for children.
  • Diagnose and develop individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
  • Educate and empower caregivers on adaptive strategies and home programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions as necessary.
  • Ensure safe and effective care in the home environment.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with Expressable’s quality standards.
  • Fulfill training and licensing requirements in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent).
  • Active, unrestricted OT license in your state of residence.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience.
  • Pediatric experience in developmental areas (fine motor, gross motor, sensory, ADLs).
  • Proficiency with technology and adaptability to digital tools.
  • Medicaid experience preferred.
