Job Overview

Serve as NDE point of contact for parts to resolve supplier challenges. Own NDE onboarding and ramp-to-rate for new or changed suppliers. Drive NDE-related product improvements and drawing updates. Review and close issues in NDE requirements; re-source as needed. Communicate status to vendors and internal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of manufacturing or processing engineering
• Experience with machined parts, sheet metal, composites, or raw materials
• NDE methods: ET, MT, PT, UT, RT/DR, VT
• Assess supplier technical capability from equipment to personnel
• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FAI and related quality processes
• 8D problem solving and lean concepts
• Strong cross-functional communication and influence
