This role involves collaborating with care teams to ensure coordinated treatment and maintaining a consistent weekly schedule with a steady caseload. Evening and Saturday availability is required for full-time positions, with part-time options also available.

• Experience with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox.
