Job Overview

Assist strategy and optimization of paid media programs (TV, OTT, Audio, Direct Mail, OOH). Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners and media vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and validate program KPIs and performance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports on share of voice, pacing, and rotations.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with SBK, DFS, Picks, Predicts, and F2P.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing media channels.
  • 2+ years mentoring or leading people.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in performance marketing.
  • Experience with CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC and LTV metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
