We are seeking a dedicated Maternal Mental Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy for perinatal clients utilizing evidence-based approaches. The ideal candidate will manage a clinical caseload of 25-35 clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy for perinatal clients.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload of 25-35 clients.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Support screening, intake, and assessment for timely access to care.
  • Collaborate with psychiatry for coordinated, comprehensive care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary MMH rounds and program development.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Minimum of two years post-license experience in behavioral health, IOP, or PHP.
  • Proficiency with EHR, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
  • Background or strong interest in perinatal mental health.
  • PMH-C required at hire or within 3 months; exam and course fee reimbursed.
