Support characterization and testing of advanced materials, systems, and structures. Analyze material and system behavior; provide recommendations. Design, conduct, and analyze tests to optimize performance. Write test procedures for destructive and nondestructive tests. Translate experimental insights into actionable development plans. Document and present results to stakeholders, aligning with requirements. Pursuing a Bachelor or graduate degree in Materials Eng, Materials Science, AE, or Mechanical Eng. Up to 3 years of experience in material behavior, composites, aerospace, or related areas. Ability to lead projects and collaborate in a team. Superior communication, listening, and critical thinking skills. Experience with composites material selection, testing, or manufacturing.
