Manufacturing Support Specialist

The Manufacturing Support Services Specialist plays a crucial role in executing GMP manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs and batch records. This position involves hands-on training in manufacturing and warehouse operations, providing essential support to the biotech and biopharma sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine procedures following SOPs and batch records.
• Execute basic GMP manufacturing tasks, including buffer/media preparation, and handling of freezers and LN2.
• Support sample management and transport utilizing LIMS.
• Assist Warehouse operations with inbound receipt, labeling, and put-away using SAP.
• Operate forklift and maintain warehouse storage efficiently.
• Conduct clean room and lab duties according to established procedures (gowning, PPE).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a scientific field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in biotech/biopharma cGMP operations; experience in cell/gene therapy preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and LIMS systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with drug product process equipment.
• Strong ability to follow protocols, SOPs, and GMP documentation.
• Commitment to safety procedures and training; ability to report incidents accurately.
