Design and run the R&D operating system; partner to the CPO/CTO. Modernize the PDLC with AI; drive rhythm and executive updates. Provide data and enablement support to PM, Design, Eng, and CX. Lead strategic initiatives to align Engineering, Product, and Design. Coach and mentor an R&D Product Operations team.
