Own the complete payroll function, ensuring on-time payroll and compliance. Mentor and lead the Payroll team, providing guidance. Serve as main contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders. Lead the team, unblock issues, and drive performance. Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws and regs.
