Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Private Equity Advisory

Perform financial due diligence for buy-side/sell-side, incl. QOE and cash flow analysis Review and interpret financial statements under GAAP and relevant standards Develop and present client deliverables with Excel analyses and PowerPoint slides Manage multiple projects with timely, accurate deliverables Collaborate with CFOs/Controllers and internal teams to gather data Use Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx to analyze data and identify trends 4+ years in audit and/or financial due diligence (Big 4 preferred) Strong understanding of financial due diligence: QOE, EBITDA, NWC, Net Debt Experience with target company CFOs/Controllers and Private Equity Partners Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis Excel and PowerPoint advanced; Power BI and Alteryx a plus CFA or advanced degree preferred Comprehensive healthcare options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company matching Flexible spending accounts Parental and maternity leave policies Technology stipends Wellness reimbursement programs
