As an Expert Technology Consultant specializing in Mainframe Modernization, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our Sales and Consulting teams to develop innovative solutions for global clients. Your expertise will guide the transformation and re-platforming of legacy systems, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales/Consulting to craft Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies.
  • Conduct discovery and assessment workshops to enhance client account penetration.
  • Develop and document solutions that meet client requirements for transformation.
  • Conduct development sessions and present technical solutions and business cases.
  • Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions through strategic discussions.
  • Align with Product Management to drive enhancements to the product roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences.
  • 20+ years as an architect in hosting and network space (service provider preferred).
  • Over 12 years as a Modernization or Migration Architect.
  • Hands-on experience with Mainframe application migration and modernization.
  • Strong expertise in COBOL, Db2, IMS, JCL, CICS, z/OS, PL/I, and Assembler.
