Localization Program Manager

Build relationships with cross-functional teams to enable localization. Manage multiple localization projects with priorities, timelines, resources. Oversee end-to-end localization lifecycle using TMS and tools across markets. Triage projects to vendors with ETA, briefs, budget, reference materials, and prepared files. Lead product planning and training sessions with internal stakeholders to meet project requirements. Coordinate bug resolution for smooth onboarding and excellent user experience. 5+ years managing software localization projects for SaaS. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. End-to-end localization across multiple languages and regions. Deep understanding of localization and internationalization issues. Experience with CAT tools and localization pipelines. TMS (Phrase/XTM); Jira, Confluence, Wrike, Salesforce, Marketo. Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) plan. PTO.
