Job Overview

As a Lead Manager in Real Estate Investing, you will be responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads through high-volume pre-sales activities. This role requires constant follow-up with prospects via various communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Convert incoming prospects into leads
  • Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls
  • Follow up aggressively on after-hours or missed calls
  • Use text messaging, email, and phone calls to reach prospective sellers
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
  • Experience following up on leads for lead qualification
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred)
  • Real estate experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
