Provide on-site or remote end-user support and troubleshoot issues Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and support client hardware, software, OS, and network Manage Windows OS, AD, Office 365, Intune config and admin, patching, file servers Maintain high user satisfaction with strong customer service IT asset management and other ad hoc duties as assigned Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL is a plus Proficient in Windows OS, AD, and Office 365 2-3 years' experience, preferably in SI environment Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude Good coordination/communication with internal and external customers Able to work independently; entry-level candidates welcome Living in East Singapore; okay with shift schedule and night shifts
