Internal Experiences Manager

Lead end-to-end planning of Circle Ups and Semi Circles sessions. Plan leadership offsites with HR and executives. Own vendor relationships (venues, A/V, catering) and on-site execution. Manage budgets, timelines, and run-of-show documents. Create culture-focused programming to strengthen Life360 values. 5–8 years in event production or experiential marketing. Passion for community-building and culture. Strong PM and operational skills with creative energy. Excellent cross-functional communication with executives and HR. Experience budgeting, vendor mgmt, and multi-project oversight. Startup or high-growth experience; comfortable with ambiguity.
