Integration Engineer - Avionics

Job Overview

As an Integration Engineer for Avionics, you will be responsible for providing design feedback, establishing build roadmaps, and developing build CONOPS and work instructions. This role will also involve supporting first article builds in a fast-paced early development environment and making critical make-vs-buy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide design feedback for manufacturability, assembly, and test
• Establish and maintain build roadmaps for owned assemblies
• Develop build CONOPS, work instructions, and standard processes
• Support first article builds in fast-paced early development
• Drive make-vs-buy decisions and collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years hands-on hardware experience in manufacturing or integration
• Familiar with aerospace assembly best practices
• Experience writing build and test procedures for technicians
• Exposure to electrical harness design and mechanical routing in 3D CAD
• Proficient in CAD, basic design/test analysis, and first-principles calculations
