Instructional Designer

Design learning solutions across modalities (e-learning, ILT, virtual, microlearning) Create courses, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments Apply adult learning principles to drive on-the-job performance Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify needs and align goals Conduct needs analyses to diagnose gaps and recommend interventions Translate complex processes into clear, learner-centered content 3+ years in instructional design or related role Experience designing virtual and instructor-led training Experience developing e-learning, multimedia content, curricula Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms Authoring tools: Rise/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of SCORM/xAPI and learning analytics Competitive compensation and medical benefits Retirement plans and wellness programs Ongoing learning opportunities Fun company events and team building Inclusive, equal opportunity employer
