We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain large tonnage chillers. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in HVAC controls troubleshooting and programming, ensuring optimal performance of chillers and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair large tonnage chillers.
  • Perform advanced HVAC controls troubleshooting and programming (DDC/BAS).
  • Commission, startup, and optimize chillers and controls.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and boilers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Current Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) HVAC Journeyman License.
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification (required).
  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including heavy chiller systems.
  • Strong experience with HVAC controls and BAS/DDC platforms.
  • Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills (low and high voltage).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
